We Make the Process Simple

1. Review the description of the services we offer. This will help in determining how we can best fit your family's needs.
2. Contact us to complete a brief pre-intake interview. We will send you an Intake Packet to complete at your convenience and schedule a formal Intake Assessment.
3. Once your Intake Packet and Assessment are complete, we will contact you to review your child's proposal including individualized programming, service hours, and start date.
