Meet Andrew

Andrew Castillo is our dedicated Safety Consultant. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2015 with a bachelor's in fine arts and recently completed his Master's in Art Therapy and counseling at Albertus Magnus College.

Before joining the Strong Foundations family, Andrew gained years of experience working with children. He volunteered as a leader at summer camps for ten consecutive years. He also worked within the Hartford Public Schools Art Education department, helping to organize events such as The Hartford Youth Art Renaissance.

During his tenure at Strong Foundations, Andrew has played a pivotal role in various aspects, including supporting Strong Foundations growth through the coordination of team-building activities, community outing events for enrolled students, and the development of company-wide protocols and training used by all Strong Foundations families and staff. Apart from his professional role, Andrew is an avid artist who enjoys indulging in unique culinary experiences and dedicates his time to volunteering at local art establishments throughout Connecticut.
