Meet Sarah

Sarah Atkins started her career at Strong Foundations during the summer of 2021 and obtained her RBT credentials in February 2022. Sarah is currently the ABA First Grade Instructor and actively pursuing her Connecticut Teachers Certification in Special Education.

Before working at Strong Foundations, Sarah worked as a Paraprofessional within a neighboring Public School district, working with students ages 7 to 12 in Special Education and Behavioral classroom settings. Sarah has found her passion working at Strong Foundations and cannot wait to continue growing and learning more about Special Education and the ABA field to support further children diagnosed with autism.

Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and exploring new places (especially new restaurants) outside of work. Sarah is passionate about food and loves trying new cuisines! She also loves animals, especially her dog Bo and cat Nala!
